I wanted to thank you all for your assistance getting us set up for working our local Mid-Atlantic Home & Garden Show this past weekend. I had not spent much time with the "Visualizer" to demo the Control of Lighting and Energy Savings, and Beverly had not used it at all; needless to say she was apprehensive and did not want to look foolish in front of potential customers. She was happy to find that it was extremely user-friendly and had control of it in no time.
Ka ye was very responsive sending me downloads and passwords so that we could get our various computers ready for the show because we had multiple people scheduled to man the booth. I'm glad you guys have lots of patience…
Bev and I have both commented to each other how impressed we are with the demo and how much information is conveyed through the visual home tour. As you know when you are working the shows you do not have extended one-on-one time with attendees. The Visualizer made the demo quick, easy for others walking up to jump right in, and it encompasses all aspects of our business including security, shade treatments, lighting control, automation, home theater, energy savings, and surveillance.
If there was one item to pick that peaked interest it was the camera system. We could show it on the Visualizer and then pull up the cameras from our showcase on our personal phones, including the PTZ. We had several that had no interest in A/V that were about to leave and when shown this, started asking questions about the camera and security systems.
We are just beginning, but many times the ones behind the curtain go unnoticed and I wanted to acknowledge that you have all done a remarkable job thus far. It is great to have such a talented team on our side.

Immediately following the last class I took with you, the economy tanked. We felt it immediately, losing all sorts of projects that I thought we were in position to get.
