Ross Redman

After attending Georgia State University, Rob recruited Ross to assist in the founding of Group Gerhardt, LLC. Ross began his endeavor in audio/video installation by installing equipment in his parent's house. The home included a dedicated theater, living room viewing area and eight zones of audio. This experience gave Ross a better understanding of the audio/video industry in order to assist dealers in proposal generation and documentation services.

In October of 2004, Ross finished the advanced d-tools training class in order to become a certified partner. He is one of the most experienced and active users of d-tools in the country. Once the man behind the scenes, Ross now assists dealers' nation wide. He trains and coaches them on d-tools usage and data base management which allows them to devote more time to selling and installing therefore increasing profitability.

Ross currently resides in Lilburn, Georgia and enjoys the life of the Atlanta area by regularly supporting the Braves, Falcons and Thrashers. When he is not soaking up professional sports, he likes to spend time with his wife, daughter, and his boxer named Phoenix.
