There are plenty of images of beautiful installations...

But what people need to know is that it does not always turn out so well. People need to learn that the choice of the installing dealer, is much more important than the actual choice of products. The public needs to learn the need to truly verify the skills and business acumen of the dealers they are considering.

Sometimes we are hired to provide reports & issue opinions by clients who have been treated poorly by dealers who may be fine people with good intentions, but who have no business installing these systems. We find ourselves involved in litigation or arbitration, or finding substitutes to complete aborted projects.

We plan to use the internet to seek justice for the innocent. We will display photos and sometimes opinions of specific installations that need to be shared. We will notify the dealer we are featuring and will not share his name with our readers as long as he is attempting, in good faith, to remedy the situation. If the client instructs us otherwise, we will share his name until the issue is resolved.
