Canine Companions for Independence Canine Companions for Independence® provides highly-trained assistance dogs for children and adults with disabilities, free of charge. The most advanced technology capable of transforming the lives of people with disabilities has a cold nose and a warm heart!

The Special Olympics The Special Olympics is an international organization and competition held every two years, alternating between Summer and Winter Games, for people who have intellectual disabilities. There are also local, national and regional competitions in over 150 countries worldwide.

The Susan G Komen 3-Day for the Cure frequently referred to as the 3-Day, is a 60-mile walk to raise funds and awareness to fight breast cancer. Participants commit to fundraising, training, and dedicating a three-day weekend to the event.
